Professional berth management is at the heart of a modern harbour. With Hafenmeister.App you manage jetties, berths and their occupancy fully digitally — instead of with paper and spreadsheets. You see in real time which berths are free or occupied, which boats are currently moored and whether a visiting boat has tied up there temporarily.

Every berth, fully configurable

Under the "Berths" menu item you enter all the key information: berth number, the jetty it belongs to, the permanently assigned boat (permanent berth holder) and the exact dimensions — length, width and depth. That way every berth is clearly defined.

Automatic validation — no boat on the wrong berth

If you try to assign a boat that is too big to a berth, an error message appears automatically. This ensures every boat only ends up on a suitable berth. That is especially important when setting permanent berth holders' boats, as the dimensions are validated.

Essential for the harbour map and visiting boats

The stored dimensions and occupancy status feed directly into the interactive harbour map, which you can also embed on your own website. Visiting boats instantly see which berths are available for their boat and where to go — without you having to lift a finger.

Select a jetty, see its berths

Simply select the jetty you want in the dashboard. The page automatically shows all its berths — including dimensions, currently assigned boats and occupancy status. At a glance you can tell: is the berth free? Is a visiting boat moored there? And if so, until when?
